The one-year professional course for COOK is designed to train the trainer both theoretically, and especially to the practical one.
The course is based on Mediterranean, Italian and traditional Albanian cuisine.
Trainees are given the opportunity to practice hundreds of cooking recipes in our kitchens, which are complete with all the professional equipment of the time.
Our technologists and our culinary chiefs are fully motivated and engaging, so that all course participants complete the course at the highest possible levels and directly after certification can work in this profession at the best restaurants inside and outside country.
