Confectioner

The one-year professional course for CONFECTIONER aims to form and fully qualify the trainees in this field. The theoretical and practical program aims to train the trainees in the preparation of various cakes, pasta, confectionery, ice cream, etc. Trainees are given the opportunity during a year to practice many types of sweets in our laboratories, who have all the necessary equipment. To make a dessert suffices only one single fruit. And while the land has given us many kinds of fruit with different flavors and colors, just only in the confectionery you can make your own mixtures to prepare sweets that you cannot resist.
Our pastries are motivated and fully engaged so that all course participants complete the course at the highest possible levels and directly after attesting at the ATC to be able to work in this profession both internally and abroad. This is a very beautiful profession, loving for everyone, even sweet as the confectionery products themselves.
Not everyone can become Confectioner, sweets should be done with love, otherwise they will not come out sweet!
